As you know the server is the main php-radio script the script uses no database but instead it uses XML files for the station settings and the station playlist.
By using XML for setting improves the overall speed of the script.

This was tested on a VIA 500MHz 254MB Ram running Centos.
Server requirements:

-Apache web server
-mod_rewrite ON
-php safe mod OFF
-Internet accessible web space
-Reasonable amount of disk space and bandwidth
The admin panel
The admin panel allows you to control php-radio from a easy to use web interface.
It also allows you to install a php-radio server with a few clicks.
A user can setup mutable radio stations and php-radio servers also users can setup different play list for each day of the week so users can pre program the server each week limit the hassle of editing the play list each day.
The play list is real time meaning that if you update date / remove or add a song the user who is listing will act on that update (it only check every song if there is an play list update!).
